Burn The Fat !!

SDG no.3 Good Health and Well-Being . It should be a concern by people of all ages because it will lead us to contract illnesses if we do not care about it. And the most serious problem that hinder us is obesity.Obesity will lead us to contract many illnesses such as diabetes ,high cholesterol and so on. As for me, I will eat food by following a balanced diet and do more exercise like two hours per day for three days a week . Balanced diet is very important to our body for it to help us absorb nutrients and we should avoid oily, salty and sweet food. Exercise is also very important to make us  burn our body fat . We can do some outdoor exercises with family and friends; beside  improving our relationship with everyone, they can also burn fat! In conclusion, burn our body fat in the right way is the most important .
